Pros: This all in one is easy to setup, It is excellent -it prints fast, crisp, and very professional. My sister has one and I go over to her house practically everyday to use it, so I decided to get one for myself.
It is easy to use and the on screen directions or status are very useful if you run into a problem. Printing photos are a snap. Creating the all in ones was ingenius - having a fax, scanner, copier and printer in one unit is the most time saving and efficient use of a piece of equipment. I would recommend it highly.
Cons: The only thing that I can say against it is if it came in another color like black.

Pros: Quiet, fast.
Cons: I just bought this printer, installed it today and it's jammed every 5 pages so far. In addition, when printing labels/envelopes, the black toner is leaking on the documents. I've test printed about 10 labels so far and have had to throw them all away. And I found the software cumbersome to set up. I had to restart my computer 3 times before it would sync properly with the scanning function on this printer.
I'm going to return this asap and will probably look for another model as a replacement.
