I have been extremely happy with this printer. As a graduate student, I often need to print out long articles and this printer does it quickly and efficiently with the duplex printing. It is also nice to be able to use highlighters on documents without smudging the ink (given that it's a laser). The use and return cartridges last quite a long time and are easy (and cheaper) to replace. It is a bit loud when it is printing.

Pthis printer double sides everything I print, so I no longer have to waist any extra paper for anything! It also uses the ink slowly! I still have my 1000 page cartredge in, and my computer shows that barely any ink has been used! However, the printer is bigger than I thought.
