It prints nice clean, crisp documents. It copies, faxes and scans at more than 5 star status! It really is a great little laser printer. The price is incredible for the quality. Or perhaps our society has gotten use to paying too much for mediocre products. But this product is worth every penny! I think its not heavy either. I'm 5'3" and can carry this printer without effort. When I don't use it I place it in the garage all covered up. When I need it I move it to my kitchen table, hook it up to my Dell laptop and print and when I'm done it goes back to the garage. It's easy to move.

The only part I don't like is the letter tray at the bottom, I wish the printer was all one even shape without the bottom tray sticking out. But other than that I have no complaints!

Performs extremely well. 21 ppm; documents crisp and no smear. Slightly bulky, but extremely suitable for a SOHO or commercial environment. Keypad could include some additional functions: Scan, Copy, Fax, Print. E.g., answer a fax immediately by pressing the "FAX" button or initiate a fax be pressing the "Fax" button.
