We tried so many othe MFC machines over the last 5 years, and the problems were the cost per copy was high, and the printers goes down after 15K cpies.
THE Dell 18156DM is a Monster Machine. We print around 10K per month, and it keeps going and going. We recebtly added two more of this 1815Dm, and we highly recommend it .

Great printer for the price. Works well as a network printer with the latest firmware. High volume cartridges are a good value. Print quality is excellent for office work. Works best in a smaller office if you are using it as a true all-in-one. The fact that you must wait for the printer to warm up before entering a fax number is a real problem for a busy office. Hopefully they will update the firmware soon so at least you can enter a fax number and lay the paper in it and walk away.
