It took me a few tries to get the feel of how to hook up the printer to the wireless system. I finally figured it out and it works fine. To hook it up directly from my laptop, use the HPSETUP connection. That was fine but it limits connection to any other WIFI equipment. I coded in the WIFI network and it works just like any other piece of equipment on my home network. The catch is to use the USB connection to make any WIFI changes on the printer.
Color photos were great on the printer using HP Photo paper. I have always enjoyed using HP Printers because of their connectablity and reliability. This is no exception.

I have been traveling around with this product to all over the place. It has to be one of the most convenient things to have. It is reliable and the battery seems to last for a long time - I wouldn't doubt their claim for 250 pages on one charge. The print quality is great, pretty close to laser so far. I have got this to work on my mac as well as windows xp with no problem on the wireless.
The only issue I would have with it is explaining to security what this is, which becomes complicated when the agents don't speak English. They think it is a laptop, and when they realize it's a printer, they get all excited.
