In my opinion Hewlett-Packard makes the best printers and they have very good technical support. The printers are very easy to install, operate and maintain. I was especially glad that I bought this printer because it came with the Tri-color cartridge which prints beautiful black and white documents as well as great photos. What is even better is that the Tri-color is less expensive than either the black or color cartridge. I am very happy with my purchase

This printer is exactly what I was looking for!!! Not too expensive, but it does the job perfectly! Don't get it if you're looking for amazing quality, high-capacity, specialty printing, etc. This is a great printer for regular home printing. It is pretty small, so it fits great anywhere, and it only uses two cartridges. So far, I haven't had any issues with it, and I've printed a lot of different things. Color and black-and-white...not a speed demon, but fast enough. I would give it 5-stars, but we're not talking the holy grail of printers here. If you need something simple to get the job done, definitely get this model!
