This is by far the best printer I've ever owned. I'm a middle-school teacher, and I use this printer in my classroom to run off handouts, instructions, and/or worksheets for over 120 students pretty much every day, and I've never had any problems with it. It's lightning-fast and looks really nice on my desk, too. My favorite feature, though, is the automatic depleting for two-sided printing, which helps me save a lot of paper. I'm probably going to buy another one of these for home; after experiencing the joys of laser, I don't think I ever want to mess with inkjet printers again.

I also bought this printer for it's true duplexing capability. For it's price (very reasonable compared to other duplexing printers) I wasn't expecting great performance. But I have been delighted. It is very fast. Easy to feed single sheets (including small sizes like index cards). And I have only had problems jamming with one particular document (consistently with that document probably because of a software issue with that document). But I should add that I am not a high volume user.
