I purchased this printer at Circuit City two weeks and couldn't be more pleased with it. Installation went very somoothly, and I disabled my anti-virus program as recommended in the instructions. Set up was easy, and I was up and running in about 15 minutes. The printer controls are very intuitive, and my wife had no trouble doing her first scan for a craft project. The copy feature is especially handy, and I was able to make very acceptable copies of some insurance forms. We sent a test fax and it went through very easily. Ink was easy to install, and I am satisifed with the color and clarity of the print. Print speed is good. I plan to try the photo cartridge at a later date.
The most impressive feature of this printer is how well it is built. I compared the x8350 to several HP and Canon models, and was most impressed with the Lexmark quality; e.g. the paper tray is rock solid compared to the two other brands. This is a great all-in-one printer for the money. (the model I purchased did not have a USB cable included).

I've had this printer for only a month but so far it has been easy to use and have had no problems. I am very happy with the way it prints, even photos which I was worried about even with the photo option. I would recommend this product to anyone. Everything I've read has been very positive about it. Only time and use will tell.
