This is a good product. Cannot believe at the price it has LAN port installed on it. I also cannot believe that you can scan on the network and even see printer status such as INK volume etc. --- definately amazing. Scanning is quick even when I use my laptop on 54mbps wireless. Requires hardly any setup and installing it on your network is easy. All you have to do is specify an IP address for it, then install the client software. You don't have to install the client software, but you won't get the scanner on the network or the status monitor otherwise. So you could use this at work with a server (although you may just share the printer on the server from the printer IP) and you could use the logon script to add the printer.
