This is the worst printer I have ever owned. It is designed to eat up your ink by ENDLESS aligning of pages... or, feeding double pages so you only have half what you want printed & you waste ink and paper... or, just because it wants it will omit sections of a document- further wasting paper and ink. Paper jams easily. And it wants you to align cartridges EVERY time you put in a new cartridge... wasting more ink and paper! I NEVER review products, but this product gets me so angry every time I use it that I am compelled to get the word out! DO NOT BUY THIS STUPID PRINTER!

There's no question this is a superb machine. I give it (only) a VG rating, though, because despite its technical prowess, there are times -- for example, wireless printing -- when it is capricious, unreliable and/or difficult to work with. Having all those function in one place causes softpaq/software conflicts. The hardware is awesome, nonetheless. Overall, then, its rating is VG.
